Ms. Perkin received her BS in Business Management from Missouri State University, where she graduated with honors. Upon graduating, Ms. Perkin accepted a position with a large insurance company investigating and negotiating personal injury claims.
Ms. Perkin attended the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law graduating in the top ten percent of her class. She served as research assistant to Professor Robert Klonoff and clerked for Jackson County, Missouri Commissioner Geoffrey Allen.
Ms. Perkin is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas. She is a member of the Missouri Bar, Kansas Bar, Johnson County Kansas Bar Association, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Association for Women Lawyers.
